We're thrilled to share the incredible success of our recent event, "Die Nacht, die Wissen schafft," on November 4, 2023. This remarkable evening united the public community for an extraordinary journey through knowledge and innovation.
One of the highlights of the evening was the Institut für Statik und Dynamik stalls, located at Test Centre Support Structures Hannover (Merkurstraße 13, 30419 Hannover). These stalls featured a wide array of fascinating topics, ranging from the from "Nanoparticles to gliders and wind turbines" to the incredible world of making sounds visible in " Traces in the Sand." Attendees were also introduced to the concepts behind "Große weiße Flügel," which explore how fiber composites are enabling us to enjoy warm, climate-neutral homes and eco-friendly vacations. There were poster presentation by our composite and vibration departments and SFB1463: Offshore Megastrukturen on our various research activities at University of Hanover.
