A prescribed wake model for the aeroelastic simulation of wind turbines is presented. It is derived from a free wake model in order to reducecomputing time and only lose a minimum in accuracy at the same time. It determines the wake geometry dependent on several parametersaccording to the operation condition. First results for steady conditions are promising and show a significant reduction in computing time.
